Kristin Sekelsky is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of experience. She specializes in Women's Health, Pediatric Care, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and many other medical problems.

In her free time, Kristi enjoys cooking, gardening, wakesurfing, and spending time with her friends and family.

Jennifer M. Marion is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis University and is passionate about providing personalized, evidence-based care.

Jennifer specializes in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and peptides, while also treating acute and chronic health conditions. She is dedicated to helping patients improve their overall health, confidence, and quality of life through compassionate and individualized care.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys playing soccer while spending time with her husband and children.

Kayla Peterson is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who was born and raised in Colorado Springs.

She graduated from Regis University and is excited to be a primary care provider in her hometown. She is passionate about providing evidence-based and holistic care to all ages.

In her free time, Kayla enjoys reading, crafting, and enjoying this beautiful state with her friends, family and dogs.

Amy Snyder is a dual-certified Neonatal and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience in neonatal medicine. Her previous experience in the U.S. Air Force Reserve further strengthened her dedication to teamwork, compassionate care, and serving others with respect.

Amy is passionate about women’s and children’s health and is excited to care for the whole family in the primary care setting. She values building trusting relationships with patients and helping individuals and families feel supported, informed, and cared for.

In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and three teenagers. She also enjoys hiking, playing card games, and relaxing with a feel-good TV series.

Michelle Gramazio, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Colorado native who has called Colorado Springs home for the past 18 years. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) and has a clinical background primarily in cardiology.

Michelle is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care with special interests in cardiology, diabetes management, pediatric care, and sports medicine. She enjoys partnering with patients to help them achieve their health goals and improve their overall well-being.

In her free time, Michelle stays busy with her husband and two children. She also enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, traveling, and discovering local mom-and-pop restaurants.

Charlie loves meeting and greeting all the patients at Elevated Family Care.

In her free time, she enjoys belly rubs, treats, and going over to Grandma’s house.
